Jason is a phenomenal personal trainer and nutritional coach. Jason is not just a personal trainer; he coaches pushing you each step of the way. He whole-heartedly and diligently works to create a plan that is designed specifically for you. He has shown me that I CAN do many things that I never thought possible. Although the decreasing percentage of body fat and weight loss are wonderful, nothing can compare to how I feel now compared to when I first started. I have confidence, strength, and pride in myself and my body.
