If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. I use process servers a lot in my business. However, T.R.A.C.E. sets the bar in professionalism and standards. Spend time with them to determine if hiring an investigator is truly the right road to take. Sometimes, simply speaking with them may resolve their issues/concerns and ultimately save them both heartache and money. Once hired, keeping the communication open is essential.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
35+ years with law enforcement agency, the last 10 years of which was assigned supervising a multi-agency Gang Investigation team.
