T.R.A.C.E /Bill did a fantastic job for me in serving a known criminal and conman. AMAZING JOB in how responsive and creative he was to serve this hard to get man when he is known to change appearance and locations often. The stack of papers he served was huge, and Bill did the job! His story of how he served was good too. Use Bill at T.R.A.C.E to do you Process Service. I will use him again and highly recommend him. I live in a different city and contacted Bill over the phone. He was very gracious and helpful, he informed me of the process of how to get him the documents for services. I missed scanning one of the pages and he called me to check on it. I was able to send him the missing page before he served the papers. I was really impressed with how thorough he was. He served the papers the following day and contacted me right away letting me know. I will use him every time I need this services in the future and highly recommend him to anyone!

Making the decision to engage a privateinvestigator was not an easy one. Worth every penny! We were in need of serving an individual who was difficult to trace and skipped on our first service attempt through the Sheriff's Department. We officially requested service from Will with T.R.A.C.E. Investigations on a Friday and he had served the paperwork by the following Monday. He was very quick to respond to any inquiry and was very helpful as it was the first time we had ever been through this type of process. Will was professional, quick to respond to any inquiry, and he got the job done and did it quickly. I would HIGHLY recommend T.R.A.C.E. Investigations for any of your service needs.

If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. I use process servers a lot in my business. However, T.R.A.C.E. sets the bar in professionalism and standards. He was a pleasure to work with for my client. He was very quick to complete the service and was highly responsive. This is a plus in my business.

At T.R.A.C.E Investigations we are committed to conducting thorough and professional investigations. Meeting the client's expectations is our ultimate goal.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Spend time with them to determine if hiring an investigator is truly the right road to take. Sometimes, simply speaking with them may resolve their issues/concerns and ultimately save them both heartache and money. Once hired, keeping the communication open is essential.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
35+ years with law enforcement agency, the last 10 years of which was assigned supervising a multi-agency Gang Investigation team.
