Working with William Hoss Evey at Cobalt Property Management was an absolute breeze. He was fast, efficient, no-nonsense, and always on timebasically the exact opposite of what people fear when leasing a new property. Every detail was handled with professionalism, and he answered all of our (many) questions without hesitation.The turnaround was quick, the process smooth, and the result? Ive never had an agent go out of their way to help a client sell their house more than Hoss did. He connected us with different contractors we needed to get our home ready to sell and even put in his own energy in physical labor to help us. Hoss dropped everything to help me with renting out my house. He made the process seem easy and painless. He told me everything I needed to do for the renters and the state and also supported my needs or concerns. He answers my calls, texts, questions quickly and helps me feel like the house and renters are protected. Knowing that I can count on him relieves so much stress if anything goes wrong.
