Working with William Hoss Evey at Cobalt Property Management was an absolute breeze. He was fast, efficient, no-nonsense, and always on timebasically the exact opposite of what people fear when leasing a new property. Every detail was handled with professionalism, and he answered all of our (many) questions without hesitation.The turnaround was quick, the process smooth, and the result?
