Working with William Hoss Evey at Cobalt Property Management was an absolute breeze. He was fast, efficient, no-nonsense, and always on timebasically the exact opposite of what people fear when leasing a new property. Every detail was handled with professionalism, and he answered all of our (many) questions without hesitation.The turnaround was quick, the process smooth, and the result? A big, beautiful house that checked every box on our list. He addressed every concern we had and still managed to make the whole experience feel stress-free. Ive never had an agent go out of their way to help a client sell their house more than Hoss did. He connected us with different contractors we needed to get our home ready to sell and even put in his own energy in physical labor to help us. Hoss negotiated us an amazing deal on our home and I would recommend him to anyone looking for any help in real estate. His knowledge is unmatched.
