I cannot recommend Michael highly enough as both the consummate professional realtor in all respects, as well as a wonderful person with whom to work and know. Despite me having to pull out of a purchase after my offer was accepted, Michael was most gracious and professional in all respects in helping unwind a deal for which he was not going to earn any commission. But more than that, what I really liked about Michael was his great experience and discerning eye when reviewing a property, especially older properties that may have lots of hidden defects and blemishes. In visiting many properties with Michael his curious eye and investigative nature in thoroughly examining the property was always greatly appreciated. His views on the both the good and bad points of a property come from experience and knowledge. I always felt he had my back and would never have tried to talk me in to a property just so he could make the sale. He truly puts his client’s needs for the right fit above his own interests. It was a pleasure working with Michael and I believe one would have a hard time finding a more diligent, professional and pleasant person with which to work.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1)Nothing complicated about the costs: All Buyers are FREE.
2)Cost of selling a house is 8.5%. That cost involves 2 sides of the transaction meaning buyer Realtor and Selling Realtor totals are 6%. The other costs in the 8.5% are WA excise tax (1.78%) and your closing costs. (approx.74%)

Interview, explain real estate buying and selling, my philosophy and plans for buying and/or selling real estate. If it is a Seller it is much more detailed.
