    I was in need of a home inspection before I purchased real estate. Mr. Bethke evaluated the first home and uncovered several major issues with the property which helped us decide against the purchase. His work was so thorough that we easily hired him again to inspect our next possible purchase. Mr. Bethke found several issues with the second home, but they were small enough that we made the purchase of our new home. Mr. Bethke's integrity is such that when he discovered a dishwasher that was connected properly, he not only put it on his inspection report but he repaired it on the spot. This is not what he needed to do, but he did it out of sheer kindness. My wife and I were impressed with Mr. Bethke's services and have referred him to our Realtor for future assessments.
