- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to gather as much information as we can with the initial phone call. We then schedule for an onsite estimate to give an accurate quote. We will walk the roof, check the attic and go over any concerns with the customer. After the quote has been approved we typically schedule the project within 1-3 weeks.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We’ve recently had the opportunity to work with a homeowner who had listed their home for sale. The roof needed to be completely replaced due to age. We were able to provide an estimate the same day and get the roof replaced within a week and a half. On top of that, we saved the customer thousands of dollars while still providing the new homeowners with a great quality roof.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would highly suggest getting at least 3 estimates. Then sitting down any comparing apples to apples. Ensuring the contractors are quoting you for the entire job and quoting for an additional work that might be needed after getting the roof removed.
