My wife and I were especially impressed with the process offered by Arrow Point Roofing from beginning to end. The company wasn’t the most expensive nor the cheapest but at least so far I feel like we got very lucky and blessed by the choice we made. The bid process was very easy and while professional the lead sales woman Kalista also was down to earth, full of knowledge of their processes and answered all my questions as they came up. She even made herself available after the fact for me to ask follow up questions as they came up. The price of the job was fair and fit in with other bids we got from other companies. We had one miscommunication about what I thought was going to be done by Arrow Point Roofing and what they thought was meant by what was said and in the most professional way Kalista offered to do right by us and do a little more work on their end without penalizing us for the miscommunication. This went above and beyond what most companies usually would do in an instance like this. They didn’t make me feel bad for trying to ask for something and recognized how a misunderstanding could have happened in that instance. They did right by us and moved on without looking back. This company deserves your attention for this reason alone, but for all the other reasons too. The work got done quickly. Our start date got pushed back a couple times and with construction projects of all types I think it’s important to keep flexible about these things. They were working jobs through heatwaves and windstorms. Delays had to happen for the safety of the crew and kudos again for Arrow Point Roofing to take care of their employees! They chose to make sure to keep them safe instead of just pushing through to meet some deadline. The key here with us was communication. We were let know things would be pushed back a couple times and why. We respected that and had no issue. With regard to the crews who worked on our home? Nothing but good feedback. They were all very friendly, came when they said they would and went above and beyond to keep our home from being damaged, or even our feet after the fact by proactive and preventative safety measures. Each day they cleaned up around the home and even when my dog found a comfy place in the sun on their drop cloths they only accepted it with understanding banter. I would hire this company again in a second. They even suggested another company to call about some other projects we have, like a fence and that shows me they look out for people and other good companies as well as have a good network. This shows a level of respect with the community that goes deeper than just the job being done. Time will tell if the parts or workmanship holds up but I know they were excited about what they were putting up on my home and how strong and durable things should be. I also believe they meant what they said about the quality. I love the result and am sure if something happens in the next few years we will be taken care of by Arrow Point Roofing or at least instructed on who to contact to help. That said, I doubt anything will be going wrong any time soon. These shingles can survive huge wind storms and it really looked and felt like they did a top drawer job! Kalista was professional and worked through the roof leak to find the source of the problem and offered a couple of solutions. A couple of good hard rains since the repair, and everything has remained dry.
