As a senior woman living alone I need to be careful who I hire. Artem was absolutely wonderful. He fixed the leak on my roof and was very professional. I enjoyed our conversation very much. I would recommend hiring him for roofing or siding projects. I wish he did other things so I could hire him again!

Avidus staff took the time to actually go on the roof to really see what was needed. They were able to establish that I had solid tongue and groove and didn't need additional sheeting before re-roofing, a saving of nearly $2,000. The other two contractors bidding on the job didn't bother to go on the roof and quoted me for sheeting regardless. Avidus staff also noticed some decayed facia board and added its replacement in their quote. Avidus staff took the time to explain each of the item on the invoice and the reasons why they needed to be installed (explaining some of the building code regulations). Avidus staff didn't overcharge me for dumping fees. Overall their pricing was around $3,000 less than the other two contractors even though it included extra work on the facia board. Great work done quickly, cleanly and efficiently. Highly recommended.
