Roof looks amazing! The owner John was professional and the presentation at the estimate was detailed and thourough. I felt reassured by his experience and knowladge it left me confident with Balsamroots ability to complete the project. The crew was hard working, had tons of expertise, and was great to work with. They did not disappoint! Everyone that was working on the site was pet friendly and worked hard to make us and the dogs feel like friends. Give em a call if you need a new roof replacement

Zero complaints. From the very first conversation, I was impressed with the professionalism and follow-through at every step of the process. John did a great job of keeping me informed of their progress before, during and after. My roof was more complicated than most (3 stories, many cut outs, etc) but they did it quickly and with high quality. I would definitely recommend.

Here at Balsamroot Exteriors, we pride ourselves on operating with decency. For pricing, this means making sure the customer has a to-the-penny project price at the time of consultation. We offer discounts for: seniors, military, educators, and first responders, as well as discounts appropriate to material stocking and installation availability.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Firstly, a phone call for a brief discovery of the homeowner's needs and to schedule a free on-site consultation. We provide material samples, warranty information, installation practices, and pricing at the on-site consultation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the owner of Balsamroot Exteriors, I have 10+ years of exterior remodeling experience in the greater Spokane area. All crews are trained on manufacturer installation guidelines, and we have a quality assurance system that ensures continued training and consistent results! At Balsamroot Exteriors, we "Build to Endure," and this requires using the best material applicable with the training to install it correctly and offer industry-leading warranties.
