Introduction
Hi, I’m the owner and CEO Bret Ovnicek, and want to share with you the Quality Water Northwest story. I started working for Quality Water Northwest in a sales position, and often found myself discussing techniques for growing and improving the business with the owner at the time. When he decided to sell Quality Water Northwest, I immediately made a bid on the company I had grown to love, and I was honored to have the reins passed to me. Our UBI # is: 603-570-492 I grew up on a horse ranch in Montana, training horses with my dad. My father instilled the value of hard honest work in me as a young boy, and that value has been my driving motivator ever since. When I was in my youth, training horses was my passion. However, seeing the immense toll it took on my father’s health, and not liking the time it took away from my family, I realized I wanted a higher quality of life for me and my children. I made the tough decision to hang up my spurs and pursue a new career that would allow me to be passionate and achieve the satisfaction of helping people in a manner similar to my experience in the horse industry

Our lake house ran lake water throughout the house. When we decided to upgrade to a fresh water system we did our research and chose Quality Water Northwest for a filtered water system. As a business owner in Southern California I am always watching for excellent customer service and expectations met. Quality Water Northwest gets my 5 stars. Everything they installed was done right. Their staff was very responsive with questions and small adjustments once we were up and running. I waited to be sure we were happy before writing a review. We've been enjoying "Quality Water" for a year now. I work with so many companies. Few stand out as they do. These folks are on my top shelf. Very refreshing. I highly recommend them.

Quality Water Northwest is a beyond 5 star experience!! We have an extensive home water and filtration system and the service we continue to receive from them is excellent. They explain things in detail, they talk to your level of knowledge, they are patient, and they are great at what they do! On top of all that they are wonderful people to deal with, Jason and Matt in the field, and Connie in house ~ all are quality individuals and employees that represent the company very well. They are quick to respond when a need arises and are very solutions oriented in order to make the best decisions on behalf of the customer. Customer focused, water system experts!! Highly recommend!

Bret, the owner, helped us through the process to find the right system to meet our needs.Bret, Connie in the office, and the men who installed and serviced our system are l wonderful to work with.
