Hi, I’m the owner and CEO Bret Ovnicek, and want to share with you the Quality Water Northwest story. I started working for Quality Water Northwest in a sales position, and often found myself discussing techniques for growing and improving the business with the owner at the time. When he decided to sell Quality Water Northwest, I immediately made a bid on the company I had grown to love, and I was honored to have the reins passed to me. Our UBI # is: 603-570-492
I grew up on a horse ranch in Montana, training horses with my dad. My father instilled the value of hard honest work in me as a young boy, and that value has been my driving motivator ever since. When I was in my youth, training horses was my passion. However, seeing the immense toll it took on my father’s health, and not liking the time it took away from my family, I realized I wanted a higher quality of life for me and my children. I made the tough decision to hang up my spurs and pursue a new career that would allow me to be passionate and achieve the satisfaction of helping people in a manner similar to my experience in the horse industry

The estimate was fast, with an in house water testing to find exactly which filters would be needed for my situation. The estimate was fair and the installation process was quick and professional, taking about an hour from arrival to leaving my driveway. Would use their services again and recommend to others as well.

The Kinetico soft water system was in our home when we moved in over 15 years ago. Other than changing the filter annually and adding salt as required the system has required no maintenance. I took a water sample to Quality Water Northwest on December 2, 2019 where they tested for softness. This 15 to 20 year old system is still operating perfectly. I appreciated the response and free test from QWN. Their service was excellent and the system appears to be robust beyond belief.

Absolutely wonderful customer service. We discovered Coliform Bacteria in our well water, they were able to come and inspect things, then install a UV light purifier very quickly and at a very reasonable price. I really, really appreciate them! Everyone I met was wonderful and so helpful, especially Shay! Thank you QualityWater Northwest!

It was a little spendy but they did a lot of work and did a good job. The serviceman who came and troubleshot problems was incredibly knowledgeable and experienced and a generally great guy. If you live out in the boonies like me I can not recommend them enough.
