FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I do not have any photos of my childhood, or of special memories I would have loved to capture. Because of that, I want to make sure that everyone has a chance to capture the people they love on camera, or the memories they want to cherish. My husband has an entire bookshelf dedicated to family photo albums, and seeing the joy he receives from reminiscing with those images makes me long to provide others the same joy.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common type of work I do is portraiture. That includes, but is not limited to, senior photos, engagements, and families.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently, I shot my first proposal. I have never seen so many emotions in one photo shoot before. I hope that in the near future I will be hired to shoot more proposals. The satisfaction of the happy couple when they saw the photos provided me so much joy. Knowing that I provided them with memories for years to come gave me the drive to strive for a larger clientele at cheaper rates. The best payment is not money, but smiling faces.
