Response to my issue (a burst pipe) was quick. It wasn't an emergency so they came out first thing Monday. Repair took less than an hour. Very professional, would hire Atlas again.

They can to my house to help me fix 2 leaking outdoor faucets. After a quick communication over text, they showed up same day, helped me fix my problem (didn’t upsell me or pressure me into expensive repairs), and quoted me service for additional work. Overall would highly recommend- super professional, easy to talk to, and know what they are doing.

Jerry D. came out to give us a diagnosis, assessment and estimate on replacing our basement grinder sump pump. He was friendly and explained what needed to be done. After getting a few other diagnoses and estimates from other companies, we decided Atlas was our best option. Jerry came back to complete the work necessary. He was prompt, efficient and cleaned up. We would definitely have Atlas back again for future plumbing work. Communication was excellent (via Thumbtack initially) and text messages/reminders throughout the rest of the process. Our family found it easiest to respond to texts to confirm info needed, schedule appt, etc. while working with Atlas; for us, phone calls can be hard to answer or respond to, so we appreciated being able to communicate this way with Atlas to get the job set up and completed. We plan to work with Atlas again in the future.

We try to make your life easy! Once you give us a call or we call you we will get some details on the project and your home. Once we get a little bit of information we can send one of our professionals to your home and give you upfront pricing before any work is done.
