This repair was one of those “I could PROBABLY do this myself, but…” sort of situations: a faucet in our bathroom wasn’t working properly, and wouldn’t turn at all any longer. Now, I’m not a handyman, by any stretch, and while I’ve been successful with repairs in the past, I’ve also lost entire days to simple projects by not having a particular part, or when I slipped and lost a fastener inside a wall. Knowing this, I reached out to Atlas one afternoon. The dispatcher, Caitlin, was engaging, kind, and informative, booking as soon as the next day for a “floating appointment.” As promised, she reached out the next day to firm up the visit, and sent me a nice photo of the technicians that would be visiting. When they arrived, they got straight to business, and not only did they offer to repair it for the cost of the service call alone if parts weren’t needed, they offered to show me how to repair it myself in case the other faucets were to fail similarly. Well, it turns out that parts were required, but the dynamic duo of Alex and Andrew used their ingenuity and experience to avoid a trip to the store, upgrading my contractor-grade fixture in the process. Now, it turns like a flapjack at Sunday brunch, and I couldn’t be happier! Folks - don’t cheap out. The risks of busted property and busted knuckles just aren’t worth it. There’s no replacement for excellent service by skilled professionals who are licensed, bonded and insured. Atlas Home Services is, as they say, “all that and a bag of chips.”

Response to my issue (a burst pipe) was quick. It wasn't an emergency so they came out first thing Monday. Repair took less than an hour. Very professional, would hire Atlas again.

They can to my house to help me fix 2 leaking outdoor faucets. After a quick communication over text, they showed up same day, helped me fix my problem (didn’t upsell me or pressure me into expensive repairs), and quoted me service for additional work. Konnor showed up for a bid, figured out the problem (shower valve cartridge misfunctioning) and gave me a bid. It was in line with what I had figured and he was ready to go before I got any further bids. He had all of the necessary parts and supplies so he was able to start and finish the work then and there. He had to improvise a bit when the retaining clip was too hard to reach, got that problem fixed. He was a pro and a real good guy to talk to.

We strive to be fair and upfront with our pricing. We do have a $49 dispatch fee which is waived in full with selection of any of our options. We offer multiple discounts (Non stackable), Just Ask!

We try to make your life easy! Once you give us a call or we call you we will get some details on the project and your home. Once we get a little bit of information we can send one of our professionals to your home and give you upfront pricing before any work is done.
