- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing with goals of staying within the guidelines of our competitiors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat all customers as a top priority. We want our customers to feel important as well as appreciated. We first book appointments according to availability of the client. During the service call we come out to troubleshoot and give the customer an accurate diagnostic. Next we inform the customer how much it will be to get the appliance repaired. Service Calls fee of 80.00 is waived if the customer agrees to the repair. All repairs come with a 60 day labor warranty included.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned to repair appliances on the job. I was an assistant to a former technician of Sears when he started his own company back in 2013.
