Matt helped us make plans for an addition/remodel to our house and what he was able to come up with exceeded anything I had imagined! Such great communication and a fantastic ability to talk through your likes/dislikes to nail down exactly what it is that you want (or didnt even know you wanted!) to make your space perfect. I would recommended Sprott Architecture over and over again!

We typically provide an hourly rate with a proposed estimate for each unique project. Estimates can vary based on the project's requirements, such as plans, elevations, site plans, window & door schedules, renderings, etc.

We typically start with an initial phone consultation, followed by an on-site meeting to discuss the project requirements.
