What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m giving discounts on seal coating for the year for my first 10 customers. I charge per liner feet for stripping
And for landscaping black berry bush removal I charge based on how much it will all weigh at the disposal station and time it will take to be removed. I charge a lump some I don’t charge hourly.

I learned from a professional parking lot maintenance company based in Boeing

I’ve worked with a lot of commercial properties located around Tacoma. And I’ve also worked with a bank to restripe and seal coat there parking lot.
