Gullett Counseling and Coaching

Introduction: My experience is varied and deep with couples, individuals and families. I have worked with married, committed and newly formed couples of traditional and nontraditional makeup. Many people whom I have helped are struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction and self-care issues. Services are offered for individuals (ranging from 11 to over 100 years of age) and couples (traditional and nontraditional). I offer typical hourly rates for counseling or coaching, and I have packages of three to six to twelve sessions. My particular expertise is marriage and other relationships, anxiety, depression, addiction, parenting, abuse, self-care, life changes/transitions, grief and spirituality.
