- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule a time for an appointment to meet in person and get a scope of work. Couple hours later I send an estimate. If accepted , we will talk about site specifics , time frames etc. i think it’s very important to build a trust with client, so my approach is my honesty and transparency.
