- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide a $25 discount for active duty, reserve and National Guard military, military veterans, disabled persons and seniors age 62 and over. This discount is available year around. *** Fall and Winter Discount *** Through December 31, 2019, I am offered $100 off our Complete Dog Training Program and $200 off the Ultimate Dog Training Program. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I obtain information via email and telephone, then find a mutually agreeable time and day to start training. Every training program is customizable to meet the needs of the client and the dog. I don't do evaluations, as they must be paid and are actually a waste of the client's money. It's best to purchase a training program, so we can get to work right away. I've been training for decades, and there just isn't any sort of situation or behavior I haven't worked with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I first trained dogs in 1980, when I was a police officer training police dogs. I have read countless books on modern, positive, force free training, I read scientific studies and articles virtually every week, and have studied the work of Dr. Sophia Yin, thought by many to be the greatest veterinarian, behaviorist and trainer to ever walk the face of the earth. I'm also constantly learning from student dogs and clients and my work with them. My thirst for learning is never quenched.
