The technician came at the early end of the scheduled window and was in an out in less than an hour. He explained what he was doing at each step, listened to what we had seen with the ant problem, and recommended other things we could do other than chemical treatment to reduce the problem. Within 24 hours the ants were significantly reduced and completely disappeared from most areas we had seen them.

We determine what makes a company 5 stars or no stars by our experience with that company's service that they provide. We notice an ant infestation and needed help immediately. Bulwark Exterminating responded within 2 days. The technician Bailey OBrien immediately knew the type of ants and what application to use. While working he notice spiders webs and mice dropping in our garages and took care of those too without us mentioning it. Now here is the difference. We been with another company for nearly 3 years and never receive treatment like that. In fact the other company could not respond to our needs in the time frame we needed with the ant infestation. Our point is obvious, 5 stars rating can be achieved by professionalism, caring, work quality, and cost to the customer.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our first, intensive, full home inside-out treatments are Thumbtack discounted for new customers. We then ensure you’re continually protected from the same neighborhood pests with recurring treatments every 60 days.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After reaching out to us through Thumbtack, we then offer a free over-the-phone consultation so that we can talk about the pests you're seeing, go over our treatment in greater detail, and schedule a time to have a technician come out. We are typically 24-48 hours out from the time we speak to set up service to having a technician out for your initial treatment. We do offer services Monday-Saturday 8AM – 6PM at your convenience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our service professionals are highly trained and pest control licensed. It’s more than that. It’s about communication. It’s about really listening to the homeowner, and understanding just how the pests are impacting their way of life. It’s about knowing neighborhood pest trends. It’s about knowing why the pests are there in the first place. It’s knowing the most effective treatment methods to get rid of them, and make sure they never come back.
