- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you have fence that is more then 300 Ln ft and it’s common styles we give $1 / ft off
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact via phone, email etc. then I need to see the project to make sure we are on same page, write bid, if client agrees then schedule date to start. Normally if it’s fencing we would like to clear the fence way and set post in one day if project permits, then come back and do nailing part.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
