- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a 25 point inspection of all moving parts of the door and motor to ensure that we catch any current and/or future issues the first time. Also we are big on providing an education on the maintenance as well as the function of your system, in order to protect the longevity of your garage door system!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
16 yrs in the field. Worked as a Field Manager for one of the larger companies, have hired and trained many and held the record as the highest 5* reviewed technicians, In which i have pride in providing great service!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Prior to this trade, I was in the service Industry providing installation of satellite internet/Cable for many years. Due to my experience with great customer service as well as mechanical knowledge, I was a perfect fit for this field. I started with a company out of texas, that flew me out, provided excellent training and after about a year of hitting the field, I was at a point to where I pretty much tackled most issues
