We could not be happier with Marvin and his work! We hired him for 3 projects: 1) Install bath fan - completed perfectly and with ease! 2) Complete assembly of a sit/stand desk - also completed perfectly and with ease. 3) The major project, fixing a wood rot problem at our front door threshold. We live in a Manufactured Home and they built it with a horrible design at the front door/bay window area. This took the skills of an artist, metal worker and carpenter. We cannot believe we found 1 person with all those skills! He had to design the whole thing and it was VERY complicated and unusual. We could not be happier with the result. No more water problems! We will be hiring Marvin for MANY more projects!

We had an exceptional experience with Marvin. We had ordered a custom front door slab for our Mid-Century restoration home and needed someone to cut it to size and install all the hardware as soon as possible. Marvin came out the very same afternoon I contacted him on Thumbtack and squeezed us in between his other jobs since he had a little free time.
He did an outstanding job, and for a very reasonable price. Marvin is a perfectionist and true craftsman, and I would highly recommend Marvin to anyone wanting great quality work done with excellence, especially if you are looking for something unique or custom crafted for your home.

Will definitely hire him again! Marvin came out and replaced my broken sliding glass door and installed French door. He took his time and they look better than I expected.

Marvin went above and beyond to make a surprise summer present for my husband come to reality. He was punctual, extremely professional and kept great communication throughout the process. He kept me informed on his progress the whole way through - from design to build. And the final cabinets were built and installed completed in a week! My husband is beyond thrilled with his completely custom outdoor patio/grill cabinet and counter system. I would highly recommend Marvin and would happily use him again for future projects!

Marvin did a great job and was willing to make adjustments based on the materials I had on hand. He built up and installed two exterior doors from scratch (frame,lock holes, hinges, thresholds). He even installed a dog door in one of the exterior doors. In addition, he put in sheetrock around an unfinished window in my basement. My wife and I were very happy with the results and are already thinking of some other projects around the house we'd like to hire him for.
