Nick Lu was a fantastic engineer for us. He designed a carport to garage conversion. We went back to him a couple of times for changes that came up after he did our original drawings and he was able to get us what we needed in a timely manner.

GL Architectural Engineering, Nick Lu is very responsive. His turn around time for his first draft was a matter of a couple of days.
His redraws were just as quick. His design suggestions were right on and very helpful. Although not pushy either.
All this and and competitively priced also. price. I would like to use Nick for all of my projects in the future. I am a Thirty year contractor in the Pacific Northwest and have built projects in both WA and Oregon. You will be pleased with GL Architectural Engineering.

Nick did a great job creating my as-built floor plan drawings. The plans had all the necessary info present to meet the strict guidelines that the City of Seattle requires. I won't hesitate to use Nick again for engineering related needs!
