They did an amazing job cleaning my apartment carpets. The living room and bedroom carpets look and smell so much better now. They were professional, on time, and very thorough with the cleaning. We worked with Alex and Mary for cleaning our carpets. We moved in relatively recently, and aside from just needing a good cleaning, they had several annoying mystery stains - we truly weren't even sure if it would be possible to get them out. We're delighted with the result! Not only are the stains gone, but we finally know the actual color of the carpet. It looks fresh and bright and has transformed the space. On top of the excellent quality, Mary & Alex were friendly and professional. Everything from initial scheduling and coordination through the actual work was extremely smooth and easy. Highly recommend!
