Benjamin is great! Our lights on dimmer switches stopped working before an important event. He was very responsive and as luck had it he was in our area, and he came the same day I made the Thumbtack request. He’s personable, efficient, and conscientious. Contacted Ben to upgrade a few things around the unit and to help with an ongoing lighting issue in the kitchen. Kitchen issue took longer than expected due to an old fluorescent unit but Ben was patient and got the job done. Super happy that the kitchen won’t be an issue moving forward. Planning to hire him again to rip the old fixture out and install something new and modern in the next few months. If you’re looking for someone who actually has experience, knows what he is doing, and isn’t charging $100+ an hr to get something done, Ben’s your guy!

When we discovered our patio roof needed a post replaced quickly before roofers were scheduled to begin roof replacement on our home, Ben was able to come the same day we contacted him to assess the job and begin the work the very next day. The post replacement required a creative solution It is clear that Ben brings a lot of knowledge to the work. When the five man roofing crew arrived, we knew our patio roof could bear the weight of those working on top of it thanks to Ben's fix.
