After disappointing experiences with other companies I was extremely happy with ILTS Construction. From our first meeting I felt confident that I finally found someone I could trust. They quickly provided me with an estimate for my first project and it was very reasonably priced. In fact, I was able to add on more projects after each one was done. I was extremely pleased with the results. Illia, Marko, Timofey and the other contractors they worked with were all very professional and super friendly. They were more than happy to answer any questions I had and were very patient. I was undecided about certain aspects of the projects and they offered expert advice to enable me to make the best decisions. I was impressed with their knowledge and willingness to share their experience with me in order to help me stay within my budget. All of them worked hard and made sure I was satisfied with the outcome. I feel like I made new friends. I enjoyed our interactions and their tips for some nearby deli locations that have delicious and healthy food that I’m looking forward to trying. This was a GREAT experience and I know that I have found a company that I can count on for all future projects and they do just about everything! This company did a great job at my client's home. They worked in a very hot attic on a very hot day and did an excellent job. Everything was neat and clean and done on time as promised. As a real estate agent I will definitely use ILTS again.

I had a five-year-old deck that was going into disrepair due to the corner post settling and improper maintenance. The deck was leaning, structurally questionable, and really ugly from years of weathering. Marco and Ilya gave the deck new life in just two days. I was so impressed by their speed, thoroughness and quality work. They also noticed a leaky outdoor faucet as they were washing my deck, which they fixed for me within 30 minutes. Thanks to them, I can enjoy the rest of my summer on my refreshed deck and have guests over without being embarrassed or worried about my guest’s safety. I would highly recommend their services and will call them again if I have any remodeling needs in the future.
