- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not charge an hourly rate, we charge per job. We have a base rate to max rate when coming up with estimates. The rates are based on difficulty of the project(s).

We have been maintaining & making repairs to homes for over a decade. With our knowledge we like to assist our customer in creating not just a great repair experience but also a great learning experience as well.
