Brent showed up on time ready to work, even in the snow. He is courteous and professional. He got the job done in one day, working approximately 13 hours to do it. After the job he answered all our questions.
Reason for not getting five stars: After he left I did step on a nail on my carpet. After vacuuming I collected approximately 4 dozen nails left behind from the removal/install of ~540 linear feet of baseboards. Though the quote had "clean up" on the list of charges, I'd say that it was more like haul away since there was sawdust everywhere due to the multiple cutting sites he used during the project. If I'd known there wasn't a real clean up, I'd have asked him to keep the saw in the garage and do all the cuts there.
