Pressure washing entire front of house + painting 2-3 coats on 4 fading front windows shutters. Very quick to come out to give estimate, with the $65 estimate fee to be applied to total bill if you agree to hire for job. Price is reasonable and negotiable. Tigran is very professional, punctual, knowledgeable. He did a great job and cleaned up in a timely manner. He will be my go-to Handyman for future needs. (AL in Puyallup/Graham)

Tigran and Alex did a fantastic job at our home. Tigran’s precise and prompt communication is excellent. We originally hired them to replace the bottom rubber liner of our garage door, and then kept throwing other random tasks their way that we hadn’t gotten around to doing. I was so impressed at their level of detail and persistence in making sure that the tasks were completed efficiently and perfectly. They must have QC’ed the garage door bottom seal 10 times— and Alex even used a heater to soften the new rubber to ensure that there were no tiny gaps. Unfortunately my husband tried to follow Alex into the attic to look for a bird nest and— having never been up there— pierced through the drywall into the ceiling below. So we can also report that Tigran and Alex were back the next day (we got lucky with a cancellation) and did an impeccable job efficiently replacing the new hole in th
