- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free estimates and start by scheduling a home visit to evaluate the project in person. This allows us to understand the specific needs of the job and provide precise, honest pricing. Once complete, we send over a clear digital proposal for you to review and accept at your convenience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began my career over 14 years ago learning the trade from my father, who was also a flooring contractor. From there, I continued refining my skills while working with family-owned flooring companies, building a strong foundation in craftsmanship and customer service. Over time, I expanded my expertise and proudly launched my own business, bringing years of hands-on experience to every project.
