Anthony was very responsive to the bid timing, and starting the job and finishing during the time frame that we outlined. The floors had a few trouble spots that I did not think would look all that great. But when he and Willy were finished with the project it looked great. Their prices were competitive. And he was very concerned over the appliances that were going to arrive the following week, even wanting to know if I had heavy blankets to put down to stop the dolly wheels from scuffing the floors. He was going to bring some by if I needed them. Great job and I will use them again on my next project.

Anthony went above and beyond to fit us in on a tight timeline just before Christmas. The floors look gorgeous, and he worked with us to get just the right finish for our 1900 home. He returned when the vents were finished to complete the job. Overall, a very positive experience.

Well it was actually not a bad experience at all considering a few days of a lot of noise that I'm sure my wife wasn't going to be thrilled about. The only thing I didn't like was not their fault I had to wait 3 days at least for the wood to acclimate and I really just wanted to get it going I understand why I just at that point time I was just in a hurry to get it done and then on top of that it turned out that it was a glue assistant floor not a floating like tile Bay told me it was when I purchase it from them I'm just glad that the owner Anthony knew the difference cuz that could have sucked all in all went well when smooth stayed on schedule and I can't complain I appreciate it they did a good job price was fair and the quality is good

After Tacoma Flooring Pros did a great job on my own house, I decided to call them about a listing I had. It was an estate sale house in Bellevue, asked if they travel that far (THEY DO!). The wood floors in the kitchen and another room were pretty bad, but I wanted to try refinishing them. I am so glad I did!

Wow Anthony did a spectacular job on my floors.. I changed gears on him and changed the finish to a hard to execute natural coat and he nailed it!. The floors are amazing, he replaced existing carpet and mached the existing 5 inch red oak and refinished the whole thing. My wife loves it and we all know that's what counts. I would reccomend this very professional company to any one as its not just about the work but the attitude and the follow through that made all the difference her. Thanks Chris in Tacoma
