Aliona responded immediately when the scheduled cleaner did not show up. She completed a day's worth of cleaning in one afternoon including cleaning appliances, window blinds , washing down walls and a bathroom tub and surround. She works very efficiently. Excellent.

She did an excellent job at cleaning our house! We have vinyl/fake wood floors and dogs so our floors get dirty and she made them sparkle again :) She paid attention to detail while dusting and cleaning the surfaces throughout the house! I'm pregnant so I appreciate her hard work;)

Knows what to do and just keeping working. Place feels nice and clean. Is flexible. I think maybe her english is weak so some other reviewer didn't know how to communicate. I had no issue talking normally.

Aliona arrived 15 min. early and had time to introduce herself to me and set up for an 8 a.m. start time. I was impressed! Aliona was a warm and friendly, happy person. She was very focused as she worked quickly and thoroughly. Aliona did not talk or text on her phone the entire time. Amazing. I did not have to ask or remind her to do expected tasks (ie. empty all wastebaskets and clean baseboards). The house looked great when she was finished, just like magic! I hired Magic Maids on the spot for a bi-monthly cleaning schedule. Thanks, Magic Maids and Thumbtack!
