- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do bid our jobs base in the square footage of your place, with out seeing the job. This is very important information for us to do a proper bid. We charge per man hour this means (we charge per hour per cleaner.)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come to do a free estimate, we bring a file where is an information page where the client can write exactly their expectations and concerns. We talk to the client about their expectations. We bring the information to the office and file all the information and then send a team of cleaners to do the job. We ask for a feed back after the job its done to make sure the client expectations were accomplish. If their expectations weren't full fill, we resend a team to finish or redo the job, not charge at all.

Yes, for latest tools and Eco Friendly supplies. Always searching and learning how to improve our model of cleaning.
