Weeds and grass had the run of the property. To add to the difficulty, the property is spread over different levels--all of which are sloped and have underground sprinklers. Carlos responded to texts and calls immediately. He showed up to appointments exactly when he promised, and was utterly professional in every respect. Carlos listens to client needs, evaluates the entire landscape situation with careful and expert consideration, and formulates a plan with several options. Everything is explained in detail without high-pressure tactics. The finalized plan is exactly duplicated in your written contract which mirrors the end result (which was simply astounding). Roger has been extremely responsive, checking in daily at the end of each day to make sure things were going OK. Eloy and Walter, who built the wall, are so hard working, professional, polite, and detail oriented. Eloy pulled out all the tree saplings with his bulldozer thingy (sorry, don't know the correct name for the equipment), and Walter was easily carrying the old railroad ties and tossing them in the truck. The work was done on a very hot day and these two worked hard throughout the day with only a brief break for lunch. At the end of the job Eloy blew the dirt off the wall and street and just made everything look wonderful! I came into the project a bit apprehensive as I've had other gardener/landscaping services that were not very good. I'm so happy I decided to work with Bonney Lake Landscapes. I will be calling on them to help with additional projects. THANK YOU Roger, Eloy, and Walter! You did a wonderful job!"See more
