- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Online coaching via Web cam: $50-125 At your location in person training:$50-125 In my facility private training:$50-125 Unlimited Group private training in your facility or in my facility:50 Min Sessions $240 per month, 30 min sessions $190 Per Month, up to 6 people per group. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On our first meeting we will be discuss what you want to accomplish, and how fast you want to get there. We will assess your personal capabilities, identify any risks of injury, and begin developing their personal path to success. This process usually takes 30-50 minutes. After the assessment process is finished,we will identify the targeted mobility drills and exercises that will get them moving toward their goals as fast as possible. Workouts are challenging, but not difficult, focusing on the skills the individuals need to perform the way they want to perform. Almost everyone walks away with a few drills that target their goals, and help improve on the skills that help them reset and feel better all day long! We re-assess every 6 weeks to get a clear picture of how they are responding to their program, and where changes can be made to improve the speed of progress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have spent the last 20 years seeking out the leaders in my field and learning as much as possible from them. Having had the privilege of being coached by some of the worlds best, I carry their knowledge, and my experience, into every session with every client. I have sought out the leaders in Functional Exercise (Z-health Performance Systems, Functional Movement Systems, Dr. Ed Thomas etc) and martial arts (Guru Dan Insoanto, Tuhon Bill McGrath) and physical fitness to be able to identify what my clients need, then develop a program that meets that need as simply as possible. After 20 years of working with athletes and everyday people from all over the world, and teaching Coaches at the Intl. Level (I am the head coach of the Flexible Steel Intl. Indian Club Specialty Instructors Certification) I feel confident that I can work with anyone, to help them achieve their goals.
