Gunther is my preferred real estate photographer and has been for a while now! He's easy to work with. His scheduling is quick and efficient, and helps me set expectations on the spot with clients. On site, he quickly assesses how to approach the location, and gets busy. He's always pleasant and when clients are present they're always delighted. But what makes me come back to Gunther over and over is his creative eye and the way he shoots. The photographs are always 100% accurate, never overly touched up, and make the scene somehow always look stunning. For sellers, these are often the legacy photos that they keep to remember the home by. They make advertising the property easy because of how stunning the homes look - while never misleading or hiding. Gunther's photography is magical!

Gunther was great to work with and created a portfolio of photos that we used when listing our home. The photos were amazing and brought out the true essence of our home - that it was light filled and spacious. Various buyers and agents commented to us on how awesome the photos were. I was especially impressed that Gunther set up a pre-shoot call to go over what we were hoping to get out of the project. He listened and carefully planned the shoot so that we'd get what we wanted. I was amazed at a photo he captured with the sun behind our house - that we used as the primary photo for our listing - as it set the tone for the entire listing; I never imagined a photo could bring out the essence of what would have taken us lots of words to express. Gunther was also very easy to work with and super responsive. The value he offers is incomparable. Most other folks here wanted double of what he charged us and I don't think any of them could have done a better job than what Gunther did for us. We will be calling upon Gunther for our other photography and videography projects; if you are looking for real estate photography or any professional photography, I highly recommend Gunther.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
= Real estate photography = 3500 sq ft: $300 flat rate (drone photography available starting at $75 as an add on to a real estate property shoot, or $125 as a standalone service) More information can be found on my website.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to introduce myself and offer my link on my site that tells a bit about me. I think it's important to know the person you work with. After that I send my quote, inform what is included at that price and then offer to set up a phone call or email to discuss any questions there may be.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 9 years of experience owning my own photography business. I ask for feedback from colleagues, customers and other photographers regarding my work.
