Very responsive to my daily work audit of work resulsts. Workers are all very friendly and communicative of what they are doing, and plan to complete for the day. Each job is handled in teams of 2, and nobody slacks off on the job. I also very much appreciated that when I inititially met Gabriel for the quote, I told him I did not want to play 'the negotiation game', and to just give me best price for the job. He did exactly that and I appreciated it - since I completely hate negotiating, as one side invariably feels cheated about the final price. Just give me your best price for the job, and please take care of all the materials and details. If I were fortunate enough to do another reno, I would definitely go to BLESS Homes as first choice and even schedule to make sure I got them.
