As an artist, I have searched tirelessly for a meaningful way to use love as a catalyst for creation. Along the way, I discovered my happiness in telling beautifully crafted love stories with my camera.
My favorite part of the job happens when I am able to explore nature and develop lasting friendships with the humans I create with. I am looking to connect and collaborate with folks who are open, empathetic, loving, genuine, creative, courageous, and always down for the next adventure.

My beautiful and generous clients have led me on adventures exploring foggy sand dunes with canine friends in California, hiking up mountains and behind waterfalls with clients turned friends in Upstate New York and celebrating the resilience & LOVE in my queer community at my cousin's wedding in Pittsburgh, to name a few.

When my husband and I got engaged and it was time to start thinking of hiring a photographer, Halle was a no brainer. Halles ability to capture moments as they organically unfold is what drew me to their work. Halle photographed our engagement and wedding day and I can honestly say that these photos will always live nestled in a very tender place in my heart. Halles passion for connecting with others bleeds into their work which made our photo sessions with them comfortable and deeply enjoyable. Halle has an eye for the tender moments that you only thought existed in memories until you relive them in photographs. Halle poured their heart and soul into capturing and beautifully portraying our special milestones and we will forever be grateful. Halle was an incredible resource during our shoot. They came all the way to Michigan to work with us at a variety of sites and adapted to each with ease, beautifully capturing details of each space while making sure our product stood out.
When the final photos were delivered we were in awe of the result. Halle managed to capture so much more than we even noticed, and edited each photo perfectly. The look, in its entirety, transformed our new web presence and continues to get enthusiastic feedback.
Halle arrives prepared, is easy to work with, and does a great job of creating a supportive and considerate working environment. We can’t wait to work with them again!

Working with sweet Halle was an absolute dream. I asked Halle if they could help me with some professional headshots that would also be artistic, organic, and unique. Our session was lighthearted and fun, and after the session, they sent me a link of ALL of the gorgeous, edited photos that creatively capture the beauty of our autumn setting at golden hour. The whole experience was exactly what I was hoping for in a photo session, and I felt so supported and affirmed every step of the way. I enthusiastically recommend Halle as a photographer for any occasion- not only are they an incredible artist with the ability to spin magic out of a moment, but they have a beautiful gift of holding sacred space for the beings with whom they collaborate. I havent used Halle as a photographer, but I have worked with her, learned from her and shot with her. What I most admire about Halle is her creative eye. She finds a different way of shooting any subject so the end result is one that makes the viewer think. She has a creativity and imagination that leads to amazing photos.
