Leihla did a wonderful job with our anniversary photoshoot. We love the pictures!! The photos are natural and brilliant. I chose to go with Tiggr because she was willing to listen to my family’s needs. We did our baby’s first birthday and she was patient and was willing to take her time with our infant. She also understood that it’s hard on the baby and was willing to wait.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 10% off full hour sessions for military families and teachers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We agree on a date and location and any necessary details (like if you want any backgrounds or props). Then I get your phone number, email address, and full name to send an invoice for a $50 deposit that comes off the total (deposit is $200 for weddings) then on the day of the session the remaining balance is expected. All photos are edited and delivered in a high resolution online gallery.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Master's degree in Whole Systems Design. :)
