- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer tailored management packages that range in price. The management packages are based on the needs of the Association. They include, Full Service Management, On Request Management, Accounting Services Only and Special Project Management.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will review with the Board of Directors their priority list for the community and prepare a transition plan. We will schedule a transition meeting with the Board immediately upon the start of our contract to review expectations and urgent needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a company that invests in the education of our community managers with ongoing education opportunities, personal development and professional training. We hold esteem designations from the Community Association Institute which include, Certified Community Association Managers (CMCA), Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) and Association Manager Specialist (AMS).
