It truly depends on your circumstances, the type of sale, and your overall end goal. Every client and every transaction is different. Whether you’re buying your first home, selling to maximize profit, relocating, or investing, I tailor my strategy and services to fit what you’re trying to achieve. For buyers, my commission is often covered by the seller, allowing you to receive expert guidance, negotiation, and protection throughout the process. For sellers, my pricing reflects a full-service approach, strategic pricing, professional marketing, strong negotiation, and hands-on support from listing to closing. My focus isn’t just on the transaction. It’s on helping you reach the best possible outcome.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a conversation. I take the time to understand your goals, timeline, budget, and what success looks like for you. Next, we create a clear game plan. For buyers, that means getting pre-approved, identifying the right areas and homes, and moving strategically when the right opportunity comes up. For sellers, it means pricing correctly, preparing the home for market, and launching with a strong marketing strategy. Throughout the process, I stay proactive; scheduling showings, negotiating strongly, coordinating inspections and timelines, and keeping you informed every step of the way. My goal is to make the experience feel organized, confident, and as stress-free as possible, while delivering the best possible outcome.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed real estate professional in Washington State and continuously invest in ongoing education, market training, and industry updates to better serve my clients. Real estate is constantly evolving, from contract changes and financing programs to local market trends and negotiation strategies. Staying educated allows me to guide my clients with confidence, accuracy, and a strategic edge. Beyond formal training, my day-to-day experience working with buyers, sellers, investors, and relocation clients provides real-world insight that can’t be learned in a classroom.
