I hired Cyrus to help sell my house as my family planned to move across the country with our baby, 6 year old, two pets, and more houseplants than you would expect. We had everything packed up and ready to go, until our POD was delayed and pushed our timeline all out of whack. We ended up canceling our second POD and having to get rid of a TON of stuff right before we left with almost no notice. We would have been completely screwed if it wasn't for Cyrus and Jayme who helped us get the house cleaned out and ready to sell. Cyrus was also answering my questions with helpful advice every step of the way as I prepared for our move, giving me guidance on what to repair, replace, or improve before we left.After we finally moved out, our house was on the market for only one week before it got 6 offers, and Cyrus helped us pick the best one! Our house sold for more than we were expecting and much faster than we had hoped. I strongly recommend Cyrus to anyone who needs a good real estate agent!

Knows the military and his job as a realtor. Cyrus was personable, knowledgeable, well connected with his associates and peers, and trustworthy. We had to leave the state and he handled everything amazingly without missing a deadline. Additionally, someone dumped the waste and recycle containers we left for Tacoma sanitation all over the front lawn, Cyrus cleaned it all up and didn't charge us anything extra even though we insisted he get compensated. Oh, he also sold our house for over $50K above asking price. Cyrus Bonnet is by far the best realtor I have ever seen!

Well, where should I start. I am very picky and met various real eastate agents and had interviews with each and I really liked having a first chat with him. He thoroughly discussed what I need for my new house and how he is going to work with me to get the new house. He is very good at communicating and amazed with his commitment to his buyers. He always worked with my schedule and when I wanted to tour the house, he always worked with my schedule. Ahead of house tours, he did market research and advised us what would be expected and set a game plan. He is very knowledgeable on managing house, so he explained what to be expected on each house tour and if I purchase this or that, what would be the risks and that was also very helpful. Yes, we lost some biddings, but considering the crazy housing market when we tried to buy a house, this is nothing we could really control. But Cyrus was always there, and made this thing happened a lot easier than we expected. Now we are enjoying living in a new place and it was great decision to work with him. Highly recommend!

Cyrus was a very accommodating realtor. He recommended a great lender which helped simplify a lot of things for me as a first time buyer. Before we moved out to Washington, he visited some properties on our behalf and sent us videos of the properties. Nearly everything was done over email and cellphone, which is a great convenience for anyone who is also busy with clearing post, packing, and/or driving across the country.Cyrus's inspector, Mike, was also a great resource. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. We ended up walking away from two different properties due to issues uncovered by the inspection. I think Cyrus really wants his clients to end up with a good property. It seems like he works well with seller's agents in order to make sure his clients get a properly maintained/repaired house.I would recommend Cyrus to any service member PCSing to JBLM.
