- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am paid on a compensation basis. This either paid by the seller (out of the proceeds of the sale) or from the buyer. We can discuss this further when we connect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Scheduling a time to meet before we start looking at homes or get on the road to selling your home is the best way to establish expectations and help me know your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed in Washington state and do continuing education by taking mandatory classes and voluntary classes.
