My tankless water heater stopped working, but only in the showers. Curtis replied right away offering to take a look and quoted me a fair price from the beginning. He was very communicative in providing updates on when he would get to my house and took the time to diagnose the issue and recheck things to make sure his assessment was right and things were in working order before he left. I will definitely reach out to Curtis for all my future plumbing needs!

We had estimates by 4 other plumber/companies and his quote was the best. His estimates of the problem with our low flow was on point. His fix for our wall mounted toilet was on point - he fixed the issue for half the price of others who said they needed to replace or redo all the connections. He was late a couple of times but always stayed in communication and he went a little longer than anticipated but our home is not typical and I appreciate he didn’t leave until it was completed. I also appreciate how he planned the jobs so we did not spend large amounts of time without at least 1 working toilet and sink. I would recommend him.

I work with my hands with my grandpa as well as my uncle's ever since I was 12 years old I've been Plumbing past 6 years done carpentry prior to that and I've always helped my family around the house installing appliances fixtures furniture assembly it's just what I enjoy doing
