- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Achten's Quality Roofing is the #1 Master Elite Contractor in WA, which means we are able to offer customers exceptionally competitive pricing and the highest protection warranties available on the market. We have rebates available for veterans through our partnership with GAF and monthly discounted prices. Our estimators will definitely let you know what the promotion and discounts are at the time of the estimate. We've partners with many local credit unions to offer $0 down, low APR financing which helps customers make a necessary roof a reality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer calls Achten's for an estimate, we enter their information in our system and assign an estimator. Our system helps us keep track of the progress from beginning to end to ensure that customers are responded to and are well taken care of. The estimator will schedule with the customer a time to come take a look at the home, walk the roof and measure/assess what needs to be done. We will sit down and go over the options with the homeowner. A professionally written estimate will be emailed with multiple options for homeowners to select from. Throughout this process, the estimator always makes sure that they're available by phone, email or text for any questions the customer may have. Most of our estimators have hands-on experience with roofing, having been roofers themselves, so they've seen everything and can easily find solutions for the toughest problems.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our estimators and installers undergo training each year. It's important to Achten's Quality Roofing that we stay ahead in the industry. Our estimators learn from industry leaders, manufacturers and from each other through meetings, conventions and workshops. Our installers are also trained, tested, and certified to make sure that they are able to install per warranty requirements. We strongly believe that our customers should never have to settle for mediocre work, and we would never want to put our name or reputation on work that's less than perfect.
