GL Architectural Engineering, Nick Lu is very responsive. His turn around time for his first draft was a matter of a couple of days.
His redraws were just as quick. His design suggestions were right on and very helpful. Although not pushy either.
All this and and competitively priced also. price. I would like to use Nick for all of my projects in the future. I am a Thirty year contractor in the Pacific Northwest and have built projects in both WA and Oregon. You will be pleased with GL Architectural Engineering.

If you have a project that seems overwhelming and you don't know where to start, I highly reccomend Nick Lu to get plans drawn that are exactly what you need to simplify what your doing. I found him completely helpful from beggining to end and very responsive to my needs. So I loved the fact that Nick went right to the City of Federal Way website and drew plans up according to what the City required. The drawings were very well done and the point of what I was changing was inmistakable. Nick went above and beyond by dropping plans off to me personally when I needed to go to Urgent Care and my printer went out. Thanks Nick, great job.

Nick did some cad work for me and my experience was excellent!
My project was a 5 axle low boy with a great deal of detail which included a lot of changes. Nick was very efficient with a quick turn around. I would highly recommend him.
