GL Architectural Engineering, Nick Lu is very responsive. His turn around time for his first draft was a matter of a couple of days. His redraws were just as quick. His design suggestions were right on and very helpful. Although not pushy either. All this and and competitively priced also. price. I would like to use Nick for all of my projects in the future. I am a Thirty year contractor in the Pacific Northwest and have built projects in both WA and Oregon. You will be pleased with GL Architectural Engineering.

Nick was awesome. Came out the very day we contacted him. Got immediately what we needed plans wise, delivered a very thorough first draft quickly because we were under the gun. We had a few revisions and Nick happily complied with all. We submitted our plans to the City within days if meeting with Nick. Thanks Nick for your fast, responsive professional services. Nick Lu was a fantastic engineer for us. He designed a carport to garage conversion. We went back to him a couple of times for changes that came up after he did our original drawings and he was able to get us what we needed in a timely manner.
