- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flat free pricing is offered based on the complexity of the return. A standard return is $300, returns with rental property, investments, foreign income, or self-employment are $400.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process starts with an initial consultation to understand your tax situation. Then a link will be shared that you will use to upload your documents to a secure Intuit Link portal. Questions will be shared via email and final meeting will be scheduled to review of your return after it has been prepared. Payment is requested after you have reviewed your return and agree that it's ready to be eFiled. The last step is that you will sign your return electronically via Docusign and then it will be eFiled.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a trained Enrolled Agent that specializes in tax returns for rental property, single member LLCs, foreign income, and investment income.
