I highly recommend Aquamess Restorations to come take are of your mold or waterdamage to your home. I have a very complicated mess where I got a home improvement loan through an "entity" of our City, Tacoma. I had to pick one contractor from a choice of three to do some work. One major repair was a new roof. I had two contractors, one was fired and the other took over. From having my roof not properly secured from rain and snow for over a month my home was soaking wet from top to bottom. The work was never even finished and left me with a mess. At that time the program did a mold test because I pealed back drywall and there was black mold. Even though there was mold on the report nothing was done. Five years later there is so much mold! My attic is full! My spare bedroom where my grandkids has mold on the ceiling, floor and walls. Even in the air! My fireplace that was supposed to be repaired was let go and mold is also everywhere. With no damper air travels down that chimney and directly into the kitchen. I have had NO luck getting the insurance in. NO LUCK with contractors giving bids. Who wants to clean up after two bad contractors. NO LUCK with lawyers who saw my paperwork, shake their heads and walk away. NO HELP from anyone. THEN I saw a recommendation from someone dealing with mold. "Please call AQUAMESS Restorations!" So I called and talked to them. Mr. Palafox heard my story and came out to review my damage and give me a bid. Because of all that is happening, all the damage, I am losing my home. I went through an estimate from a somewhat similar situation when we had raccoons in our attic at a different house. His estimate for clean up and restoration was a lot less than what was paid years ago. But reading what was expected from Aquamess Restorations was spot on with what I have experienced in the past. With his professionalism and mannerism I highly recommend this company. I will pass this information on to whoever takes over this home in hopes they reach out knowing they will do an excellent job. Mold doesn't go away. A spray with bleach will not make it go away. Please, for the sake of your family, if you have any signs of mold please give Aquamess Resorations a call and know you are in good hands. Thank you.

Aquamess is the best restoration company out there! As a contractor Ive dealt with dozens of main stream mitigation and restoration companies on insurance claims, and where they all fail to look out for the client, Aquamess actually cares about completing the mitigation properly and prepping everything ready for reconstruction without leaving a huge mess or things still unfinished.Artemio always does a good job and communicates well every step of the way. I used Aquamess on my own personal property when I had a leak in my crawl space, they came out same day, stabilized the situation and were able to quickly deal with insurance to get the claim going. Less than 1 month and I had the mitigation and reconstruction completed. These guys get in, get out and get claims taken care of! Something most homeowners struggle with against insurance companies. I will recommend them 10/10 times!
Aquamess Restoration's reply
Daniel, thank you for the incredible review and for your trust, especially coming from someone in the industry. That truly means a lot.
We know firsthand how important proper mitigation is before reconstruction begins. Cutting corners or leaving things unfinished only creates bigger problems down the road. Our goal has always been to protect the property first, communicate clearly, and make sure everything is truly ready for the rebuild phase.
I also appreciate you trusting us with your own home. When another contractor chooses us for their personal property, that speaks volumes, and we don’t take that lightly.
Thank you again for the recommendation and for recognizing the work our team puts in every day. We value the partnership and look forward to working together again in the future.

Artemio went above and beyond while helping us deal with the aftermath of a leaking roof vent. He arrived within 2 hours of my calling him, helped us navigate our insurance, and helped get us a contractor to do the repairs. To top it off, his prices were super reasonable. The whole thing would have been a heck of a lot more stressful for us without his help. If you've got waterdamage to your home, I highly recommend you call Aquamess.
Aquamess Restoration's reply
Erik, thank you so much for the kind words and for trusting us during a stressful situation.
Roof leaks can quickly turn into much bigger issues if not handled properly, so we’re glad we were able to respond quickly and help stabilize everything. Assisting homeowners through the insurance process is a big part of what we do, and we know how overwhelming it can feel without the right guidance.
We truly appreciate you recognizing our commitment to quick response, fair pricing, and making the process as smooth as possible. That means a lot to our team.
Thank you again for the recommendation and for allowing Aquamess Restoration to help protect your home. If you ever need anything in the future, we’re always here.
